Workout plans for every level and goal.

How to improve strength, endurance, and overall well‑being Improving strength, endurance, and well‑being means training your body in a complete way, while respecting your own pace and fitness level. Strength is the ability of your muscles to generate tension: you train it with pushing, pulling, or lifting exercises (such as push‑ups, squats, pull‑ups, dumbbell exercises, or bodyweight movements). Endurance is the ability to sustain effort over time: you train it with activities like brisk walking, light jogging, cycling, or interval circuits with short rest periods. Well‑being is the balance between body and mind: it includes training, but also recovery, sleep, a balanced diet, and stress management. To improve strength, it’s helpful to do strength exercises 2–3 times per week, gradually increasing the difficulty (more repetitions, more time under tension, or small increases in weight). For endurance, consistency is key: regular 20–40 minute workouts are better than occasional all‑out efforts.
